    As each item is custom-designed and made to order with care and precision, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.   • What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
    Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend it.
  • Can I cancel or change my order?
    Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After this time, production may already be underway.
  • Can I add extra customization to the back of my 3D map?
